otte 1 – the Schleswig-Holstein Künstlerhaus provides the scholarship holders four furnished appartments. They are between 51 and 64 square metres in size and have a studio, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The flats are located in the city center on the first and second floors of a historic building, which are accessible by a staircase. The studios, common areas and building facilities have limited disabled access.

There is a washing machine for common use and WLAN throughout the building. There is an inner courtyard and a garden for common use. A space for exhibitions and other ativities is 70 square metres in size.

To support artistic work, the Künstlerhaus has a laser printer, 2 projectors, an electric piano, mixing desk and a sound system.

A monotype printmaker has his workshop nearby.
