Aslı Dinç – THE THREE TABLETS OF THE GROUND-RUNNER
Format: Short Artist Talk + Collective Lore-Writing
On Saturday 6 June at 12:30, our scholarship holder Aslı Dinç will give us a deeper insight into her work and involve guests in the development of scenarios.
Aslı Dinç is a multidisciplinary artist and researcher working across installation, video, performance, LARP and participatory formats. Her practice investigates speculative narratives, technological power, human–machine relations, non-human perception and the hidden systems that shape bodies, memory and collective imagination. She often uses play and role-based structures as research methods, allowing audiences to enter temporary worlds as witnesses, players or co-authors.
This presentation offers an insight into the participatory and game-based dimension of her practice. Dinç invites the audience on a short speculative journey drawn from local maritime memory, a museum fragment and an unfinished future myth. Through collective lore-writing, participants will contribute brief inscriptions for imagined future inhabitants, opening a shared space for artistic research, myth-making and collective world-building.
